General
☆ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.☆ First come first serve, I will work on the commissions in order of who requests from me first.☆ Please have all references and information prepared upfront. I am not here to design your character(s) for you.☆ Do NOT use my artwork for anything related to NFTs or AI art!!!

Process & Payment
☆ Once all information is given and I have accepted your commission, I will first send a sketch for approval. I only allow one complete revision and unlimited small revisions.☆ I will request payment afterwards once the sketch has been approved. (USD Paypal only).
☆ There are no edits/fixes after the sketch phase. There will only be a few exceptions depending. There are also no refunds.☆ After payment is received I will finish your commission!☆ Currently there are no specific deadlines for commissions due to real life. If you want a commission done before a certain timeframe, I am not the artist for you.
As The Client
☆ You are allowed to post my artwork as long as you give me credit as the artist of said work.
☆ You cannot alter or remove my watermark/signature along with making any edits to my artwork unless you ask me for permission.
☆ You are not allowed to use my artwork for commercial purposes or use in order to gain profit.
☆ You CANNOT used my artwork for NFTs or AI!
As the Artist
☆ I am allowed to post the artwork created on my social media.
☆ I have copyright over the commission artwork, meaning you cannot take credit for my work.
☆ I do not own the character(s) within the artwork (unless my character is commissioned in it)
☆ I cannot make a profit off of the commission once completed and sent to the client.
☆ Should you break multiple T.O.S. rules, you will be blacklisted from my commissions list
